This video had just presented that scenario of the strike that the some nurses have just conducted in Antioch, Illinois. As the result of that strike, all the more the government had become more alarm over the nursing profession in the country. In that case, the governments here in the Untied States together with the Nursing Association are planning to things out regarding the several concerns in the nursing field. They have agreed to create a nursing campaign through the usage of media access. In which, the real life situations of nurses will be featured and televise in the different television station in the country. As well, part of the program will encourage the youth or young individuals to pursue a nursing program whether a nursing bachelor degree online or a nursing degree from a campus based nursing school.
If there will be more young individuals who will be pursuing a nursing career education program, it could help in lessening the workload of the current nurses. As well, it provides a quality nursing service to the patients and to the healthcare institutions where they employed. Aside of that also, the government are planning to increase the nursing compensation rate and been given additional privileges in order to motivate the nurses to perform their job function well and as well to encourage more young individuals to take up the nursing course program. The government is very much hopeful that this plan out strategy will workout and the nursing concerns especially about nursing shortage will be resolve.
For that matter, the state law makers still continues to strengthen the scholarship program for nursing education especially for registered nursing program. In which, New York state law makers continually raise scholarship funding for the individuals who are very much incline to take up a nursing program especially registered nursing program but don’t have enough money to support their higher educational program. In that case, this nursing scholarship program will be a great help to realize and fulfill their aspirations to obtain a nursing career. As well, those individuals who will receive a nursing scholarship program are required to practice their nursing profession for several years in New York State as soon they finished their nursing course.
Aside of these scholarship programs, the New York state law makers also created another nursing campaign such as advertisement that features the different nursing career opportunity that a certain individual can attain they will forego a nursing education. As well, the law makers also use the nursing celebration week as a venue to create more nursing activities that will motivate the current nurses to forego in practicing their profession in the country and to motivate the young individuals to follow the foot step of the current nurses who are serving in the different healthcare institutions in the country.
At this present time, most of the people around the globe especially here in the United States have experience a vast increase in the prices of food consumption, tuition fee and gasoline consumption leading to high fare rate for the individuals who are commuters. Despite that there are increases in the tuition fees for some private schools in the country but still the nursing program have not affected on it because the government will not allow any increase to the educational expenditures of the nursing program as well to other field of healthcare course program especially the medical courses. The restriction of not allowing any increase of educational expenditures for healthcare courses especially the nursing course program is because of the fact that most of the medical institutions are experiencing a shortage in nursing workforce as well to the other course program.
By not increasing the educational expenditures of the nursing program in the different nursing schools whether campus based or online school, it encourages more young individuals to take up this nursing program and other healthcare course program as their career education for their future career life. In that manner, the government’s goal of increasing the nursing personnel’s together with the other healthcare personnel’s in the country was hit for that instance because it motivated the young individuals to take this course program rather than taking another course program. The restriction of the increase of the healthcare course program was one of the supports that the government gave to the healthcare especially nursing workforce team to strengthen their career field and enables to increase their numbers. Aside of that support, the government are also giving healthcare facilities to the public healthcare educational learning institutes in order to lower down their expenditures. Thus, provides a lower rate of tuition fees to the students who will be taking the healthcare course program especially nursing courses.
The government together with the healthcare institutions is very much hopeful that the healthcare personnel’s shortage issue especially in the nursing field will be resolve and the healthcare system especially nursing field will be strengthen through allowing them to increase in numbers.
Along with the issue of nursing shortage that have occurred all over the United States, it is expected that there will be more career opportunities for several individuals who have just recently graduated and become a full dignified licensed nurse in the United States because of the fact that there are several job vacancies that are open for the newly nurses. Aside of that, it was also expected that there will be more nursing career opportunities that will be available as the years to come. This nursing career opportunities will still continue to occur as the years to come because it is expected that there will be more nursing staffs in the different medical or healthcare institutions who will be retiring. With the vast increase of the needs of nurses in the different health care institutions in the country, several nursing schools have also expanded their educational learning through building another campus building and even to the point of expanding it to online learning. In which, most of the nursing schools in the United States have a corresponding online nursing schools with consists different a nursing online degree program. As well, there are several learners who take chance in studying and taking a virtual nursing program especially for those learners who have resided in rural areas because it supported in their situations of having a difficulty in going to campus based colleges or universities in order to take is higher educational learning especially nursing course program. Aside of that, online nursing program is very much helpful for the aspirant nurses to lessen down their spending their money upon paying the educational learning expenditures.
