Registered Nursing Schools
The nursing profession now is becoming a byword in communities in third world countries as among the highest paid in terms of compensation. Many registered nurses in developed countries went to US to try their luck and look for greener pastures. Others brought their family and stay in the US. However, some also are struggling in their towns because they haven’t got enough money to work overseas. It seems the high cost of Visa and other requirements have become a nightmare for these unlucky registered nurses.
Since majority of the stories of registered nurses are in the positive side rather than in the negative, the registered nursing schools continue to top in the priorities of thousands of parents. In the Philippines, for example, many nursing schools strengthen their curriculum. Even community colleges also join in the bandwagon and open nursing and caregiver courses. Many cows and hectares of lands by farmers were also sold just to accommodate the dreams of their children to become registered nurses and eventually work overseas. The sprouting of registered nursing schools in the country is also a common site in many cities and provinces today.
Meanwhile, in the US and other developed countries of the world nursing online schools are already a common idea. Many American students prefer to take nursing online rather than nursing registered schools because of the many privileges and benefits it can offer. In online nursing schools students will be able to escape hassles of traffic jams in the bustling city, as well as the possibility studying on their free time.
In the past years the US government has seen the massive demand for registered nurses to work in the 50 states of America. Due to the limited number of American nurses the US government was forced to hire professional nurses in other developed countries. This scenario, however, has also greatly affected the healthcare problems of the country. According newspaper reports in the Philippines, for example, thousands of registered nurses have left the country within the past five years and went to America to seek for better positions. Those who can afford the high cost of producing Visa papers and other requirements have easily worked in the US due to the massive demand for registered. Although many of the registered nurses in there only worked in the US as caregivers but the compensation ranging from $70,000 up to $120,000 have lured them to take care in the homes for the aged.
